This is strawberry milkshake is made by blending fresh or frozen strawberries. It's the perfect treat for a sweltering summer day. When I was a kid I loved homemade milkshakes. My mother used to make this for me when I was a kid. I loved it then and I still love it. This is a great one to make with the kids for a snack.

STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE RECIPE

Strawberry Milkshake

Ingredients for Strawberry Milkshake-

  • Ripe Strawberries- 7-8 (fresh or frozen)
  • Milk- 1/2 cup
  • Ice cream- 1/2 cup
  • Sugar or Honey- 1 teaspoon (optional)

Method: How to Make Strawberry Milkshake-

  1. First, wash the strawberries and then pat dry them.
  2. Remove the green leafy part from all the strawberries and cut into halves (or chop the strawberries).
  3. Add the chopped strawberries, chilled milk and ice cream in a blender jar.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon sugar or honey or as required.if the strawberries are very sweet, then you do not need to add sugar for extra sweetness.
  5. Blend until the smooth puree. Pour into tall serving glasses.
  6. Garnish with strawberry and serve.
