  • Aata- 1 cup
  • Suji- 1/2 cup
  • Chini- 1 cup
  • Sukhe mewe(kaju, badam, pista)- 1/2
  • Kharbuje ke beej- 1 bada chamach
  • Ghi- 2 bade chamach

How to Make Panjeeri Recipe in Hindi: Method-

Sabse pehale ek kadai ko gas par rakh kar garam kare usme kharbuje ke beej daal kar dhimi aanch par halke sunehare hone tak bhune.Bhunne ke baad nikaal kar alag rakh de.

Ab pan me 1 chota chamach ghi daale aur kate hue mewe daal kar halka sunehra hone tak bhune.

Ab ek bhari tale ki kadai me bacha hua sara ghi daal kar garam kare usme aata aur suji mila kar dhimi aanch par sunehra hone tak bhune.Jab aata sunehra ho jaye to usme bhune hue mewe aur beej daal kar 4-5 minute tak aur bhune.

Gas band karke aata ko thanda hone de.Puri tarah se thanda hone ke baad usme pisi hui chini ashe se mila de.Janmashtami Parshad ke liye panjeeri recipe ya churma tyaar hai.
