SANDWICH RECIPE: VEG SANDWICH RECIPE
Ingredients for Veg Sandwich Recipe-
- Brown Sandwich Bread- 8 piece
- Carrot- 1 grated
- Capsicum- 1 Medium Size
- Potato- 2 Medium Size
- Onion- 1
- Green Chilli- 1/2 tsp finely chopped
- Black Pepper Powder- 1/4 small spoon
- Green Coriander- 1 spoon chopped
- Salt- According to Taste
- Butter Or Ghi- for apply
Veg Sandwich Recipe: Method-
First of all boil the potatoes, then peel the boiled potatoes and mash them well.Wash the Vegetables (Capsicum, onion) and cut them into small pieces.
Now mix all the ingredients well(Mashed potatoes, grated carrots, chopped capsicum and onion, black pepper powder, chopped green coriander, salt, chopped green chilli).
Place 2 Bread slices on a clean and dry surface and spread some mixture on 1 bread slice and spread it evenly.
Sandwich it using another bread slice and press it lightly.
Spread butter on the top slices.Close the grill Sandwich maker and grill for 2-3 minutes till the Sandwiches are crisp and golden.
Serve grilled veg sandwich hot with green chilly or tomato ketchup.
