Paneer Masala: Paneer Masala Recipe

This is fast to make and taste yummy with chapati or poori or bhaturas.Its been a while since i shared any paneer recipes, so i decided to make this quick fix curry and share it with you all. Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.

Ingredients for Paneer Masala Recipe: 

  • Oil ­- 3 tblspn 
  • Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam- ­ 1 tsp 
  • Cinnamon / Pattai- ­ 1 small piece 
  • Onion ­- 1 large chopped finely 
  • Garlic -­ 5 chopped finely 
  • Tomato -­ 2 chopped finely 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Turmeric Powder -­ 1 tsp (You Can Purchase It By Clicking Here)
  • Chilli Powder ­- 1 tsp 
  • Coriander Powder ­- 2 tsp 
  • Cumin Powder -­ 1 tsp 
  • Garam Masala Powder ­ -1 tsp 
  • Sugar ­ to taste 
  • Paneer ­- 200 grams cubed (You Can Purchase It By Clicking Here)
  • Cornflour ­- 2 tsp (You Can Purchase It By Clicking Here)
  • Milk -­ 1/2 cup 

How to Make Paneer Masala Recipe-Method: 

Mix cornflour with milk and set aside.

Heat oil in a kadai.

Add in paneer and fry till golden.

Soak it in hot water and set aside.

Heat oil in a kadai. Add in cumin, cinnamon and let it sizzle.

Add in onions and garlic and saute till golden.

Add in tomatoes and cook till mushy.

Add in spice powders, salt, sugar and mix well.

Add in water and mix well.

Add in paneer and mix well.

Add in cornflour mix and mix well.

Add in garam masala powder and mix well.

Serve Paneer Masala Recipe with roti.
