Ingredients for Mix Veg Recipe - Avshyak Samgri

  • Gobhi-100gram
  • Shimla mirch- 1(100gram)
  • baby corn-4
  • Gajar-2
  • Tamatar-4(300gram)
  • Hari mirch- 1
  • Adrak-1inch
  • Hara dhaniya- 3-4 tablesapoon
  • Makhan-2-3 tablesapoon
  • Cream-1/2 cup(100gram)
  • Tel- 2 se 3 tablesapoon
  • Jeera-1 choti chamach
  • Badi ilaychi-1
  • Kali mirch- 6-7
  • Laung-2
  • Dalchini-1/2 inch
  • Dhaniya powder-1 choti chamach
  • Lal mirch powder-1/2 choti chamach
  • Haldi powder-1/3 choti chamach
  • Namak-1 choti chamach ya swadanusaar

How to Make Mix Veg Recipe - Vidhi

Har ek tamatar ko char-char tukdo me kaat lijiye.

Adrak ko chil kar mota-mota aur hari mirch ko 2 tukdo me kaat kar rakh lijiye.

Masala pakane ke liye, pan garam kijiye.Isme 2 tablesapoon tel dal dijiye.

Fir, isme jeera dalkar chatkha lijiye aur baad me, kate hue tamatar-adrak-hari mirch, dhaniya powder,haldi powder, sabut masale-dalchini,kali mirch, laung aur badi ilaychi ko chil kar dal dijiye.

Saari samgri ko ashe se mila dijiye aur tamataro ko halka naram hone tak 2 minute tak dhak kar paka lijiye.

Shimla mirch ke beez hata kar 1-1 inch ke tukdo, baby corn ko 1/2-1/2 inch ke tukde aur gajar ko 1/2-3/4inch  ke tukdo me kaat kar rakh lijiye.

Sabjiya katne ke baad, tamatar check kar lijiye.

Tamataro ke naram hote hi, gas band kar dijiye aur masale ko halka thanda hone dijiye.

Thanda hote hi masale ko mixer jaar me dal kar ek dam baarik pees lijiye.

Masala pisne ke baad, sabjiyo ko crunchy hone tak bhun lijiye.

Iske liye, garam pan me 2-3 tablesapoon makhan dal dijiye aur makhan ko pighalne dijiye.

Pighle hue makhan me saari kati hui sabjiya dal dijiye aur mix kar lijiye.

Fir, sabjiyo ko dhak kar 2 minute tak crunchy hone tak pakne dijiye.Aag thodi dhimi rakhiye.

Iss doran, dusre chulhe par kadhayi garam karke gravy bana lijiye.

Kadhayi me pisa hua masala daliye aur lgataar chalate hue paka lijiye.

Fir, isme cream dal kar lagataar chalate hue tab tak pakaiye jab tak ki gravy me fir se ubaal na aa jaye.

Gravy me ubaal aate hi 1/2 cup pani dal dijiye aur gravy me dubara ubaal aane tak lagataar chalate rahiye.

2 minute baad, sabjiya naram ho gayi hai.

Gravy me ubaal aane ke baad, namak, lal mirch powder aur thoda sa hara dhaniya dal dijiye.

Gravy tyaar hai.

Isme halki crunchy sabjiyo ko dal kar mix kar dijiye.

Iske baad sabji ko 4-5 minute tak dhak kar dhimi aanch par pakne dijiye.

5 minute baad, sabji check kar lijiye.Sabji ban kar tyaar hai.

Sabji ko ek pyale me nikaal lijiye aur isko upar se hare dhaniye se sajaiye, swad me lajwab mix veg makhani ban kar tyaar hai.

Tips-

  • Sabjiya apni pasand aur uplabdhta ke anusaar mushroom, broccoli aadi bhi dal sakte hai.
  • Tamatar-adrak-hari mirch ko bhun kar, pees kar fir gravy banane se yah kafi swadist aur thodi chikni banti hai.
  • Subzi me pani ki matra kam ya jada karke subzi ko latpati ya taridar bana sakte hai.
  • Cream ko daalne ke baad gravy me dobara ubaal aane tak lagataar  chalana avshyak hota hai, varna cream ke fatne ki aanshka rehti hai.
  • Mirch aap apne swadanusaar kam ya jada daal sakte hai.
