Makki ke Khasta Pakora Recipe

Makki ke paratha, halwa, upma, chapati to sabhi ne khaye hoge, aaj ham makki ke mix veg pakora banayege jo ki besan ke pakora jitne hi swadist aur kurkare hota hai.

Ingredients for Makki ke Khasta Pakora-Avshyak Samgri

  • Makki ka aata-1.5 cup(225gram
  • Gobhi-100gram(florate ki hui)
  • Aloo-2(150gram)(chile hue)
  • Baingan-1(100gram)
  • Hari mirch-3-4 (baarik kati hui)
  • Adrak ka tukda-1 inch(kaddukas kiya hua)
  • Lal mirch powder-1/4 choti chamach
  • Namak-1.5 choti chamach ya swadanusaar
  • Dhaniya powder-1choti chamach
  • Hara dhaniya-2-3 tablesapoon (baarik kata hua)
  • Tel-talne ke liye

How to Make Makki ke Khasta Pakora-Vidhi

Batter Banaiye-

Makki ke veg pakora banane ke liye sabse pehale makki ka aata ghol kar batter tyaar kijiye.Iske liye kisi bade pyale me makki ka aata chan kar le lijiye.Thoda-thoda pani dal kar aata ki guthliya khatam hone tak ghol kar gadha batter tyaar kar lijiye.

Sabjiya kaatiye-

Florate ki hui gobhi ko chota-chota tukdo me kaat lijiye.Aloo ko bhi chota-chota kaat lijiye.Baingan ka danthal hata kar chota-chota kaat lijiye.

Mishran banaiye-

Kati hui sabjiyo ko batter me daal dijiye.Sath hi hari mirch, adrak, lal mirch powder, namak, dhaniya powder, aur baarik kata hara dhaniya bhi daal dijiye.sari samgriyo ko ashe se mix kar lijiye.Sari sabjiya batter me ashe se lapet chuki hai aur pakora banane ke liye gadha batter tyaar hai.Itne mishran me 1.25 cup pani ka istmaal hua hai.

Pakora taliye-

Kadhayi me tel garam kar lijiye.Garam tel me thoda-thoda mishran chamach se utha kar daal dijiye.Jitne pakora aasani se kadhayi me aa jaaye utne pakora daal kar golden brown hone tak sek lijiye.Niche se brown hota hi pakora palat dijiye aur dusri aur se bhi golden brown hone tak fry kar lijiye.

Ashe se tale hue pakoro ko napkin papar bicha kar rakhi hui plate me nikaal lijiye.Pakora nikalte samay kalchi ko kadhayi ke kinare par tircha karke thodi der rok lijiye taaki pakoro se atrikt tel nikal kar kadhayi me hi vapas chala jaaye.Saare pakora issi tarah bana kar tyaar kar lijiye.Pakora talne daalne se pehale mishran ko ek baar chamach se mix kar lijiyr kyoki makki ke aata se pani nichud kar niche jaa kar beth jata hai.

Makki ke aata ke mix veg pakora ban kar tyaar hai.Inhe hare dhaniye ki chatni ya tomato sauce ke sath parosiye aur khaiye.
