Ingredients for Gur ki Kheer(Avshyak Samgri)-

  • Chaval-1/2(80gram)
  • Gur -3/4 cup baarik toda hua(150gram)
  • Ful Cream Milk- 1 litre
  • Badam-8-10
  • Kaju-8-10
  • Kismis-2 tablesapoon
  • Ilaychi-5-6

How to Make Gur ki Kheer -Vidhi

Gur ki kheer banane ke liye, ek bade bartan me dudh ubalne ke liye rakh dijiye.Badam-kaju ko baarik chote chote tukado me kaat kar tyaar kar lijiye.Kismis ko saaf karke le lijiye.Ilaychi ko chilkar iske bijo ka powder bana lijiye.

1/2 cup chavalo ko ashe se saaf karke dho kar 2 ghante ke liye pani me bhigo kar rakh dijiye.Iske baad chavalo me se atrikt pani nikaal kar chaval le lijiye.

Dudh me ubaal aane par chavalo ko dudh me daal kar mila dijiye.Dudh ko chamach se chalaye aur kheer me ubaal aane ke baad gas ko dhimi rakhe ,kheer ko har 1-2 minute me chalate rahe kyoki kheer tale me bohat jaldi jalne lag jati hai.

Dusre bartan me 1/2 cup pani aur gur daal kar gas par rakh dijiye.Gur ke puri tarah se pani me ghul jane par gas band kar dijiye.

Chaval mulayam ho jaye tab kheer me kaju,kismis aur badam daal dijiye.Chaval dudh me ashe se mil jaane par isme ilaychi powder dal dijiye,kheer ban kar tyaar hai gas band kar dijiye aur kheer ko thanda hone dijiye.

Kheer ke thanda ho jaane par ,gur ka ghol chalni se chan kar kheer me daal kar mila dijiye,kheer ban kar tyaar hai,isse pyale me nikaal lijiye aur kate hue kaju badam se sajaye.

Sujhav-
  • Dudh me chaval daalne ke baad usse har 1-2 minute me kheer ko chamach se bartan ke tale tak le jaate hue chalate rahe,taaki kheer bartan ke tale se na lage.
  • Gur ko kheer me thanda hone ke baad hi daale kyoki garam kheer me gur daalne par dudh fat sakta hai.
