Ingredients for Matar Kachori Recipe- Avshyak Samgri

Kachori ka Aata Guthne ke Liye-

  • Gehu ka aata ya Maida-200gramc(2 cup)
  • Namak-swadanusaar(1/2 choti chamach)
  • Tel-2 tablesapoon

How to Make Matar Kachori Recipe- Vidhi

Aata ko kisi bartan me nikal kar, namak aur tel dal kar ashi tarah mila lijiye.

1/2 cup pani ki shayta se aata ko naram guth lijiye.

Kachori ke aata ko jada masle nahi, aata guthe, aata jaisa hi mil kar ek ban jaay, turant dhak kar rakh dijiye.

Guthe hue aata ko set hone ke liye 20 minute rakh de.

Tab tak kachori me bharne ke liye matar ki pithi tyaar kar lete hai.

Avshyak Samgri-

  • Hari matar-1 cup chili hui ya (safal frozen matar)
  • Tel- 2 tablesapoon (pithi bhunne ke liye)
  • Hing- 1-2 pinch
  • Jeera -1/2 choti chamach
  • Dhaniya powder-1 chamach
  • Saunf powder-1 choti chamach
  • Lal mirch-1/4 choti chamach
  • Garam masala-1/4 choti chamach
  • Amchur powder-1/4 choti chamach
  • Hari mirch- 2-3 (baarik kati hui)
  • Adrak-1 inch lamba tukda(kaddukas kar le)
  • Hara dhaniya-1 tablesapoon (baarik kata hua)
  • Namak-swadanusaar (1/2 choti chamach)
  • Tel- kachoriya talne ke liye

Vidhi-

Matar ke dano ko mixi se dar-dara pees lijiye.

Kadai me tel dal kar garam kijiye.Garam tel me hing aur jeera dal de.

Jeera brown hone ke baad dhaniya powder, saunf powder, Hari mirch, adrak, masale ko thoda sa bhuniye aur peese hue matar daal dijiye.

Lal mirch, garam masala, amchur powder, hara dhaniya aur namak daal kar matar ko 3-4 minute tak bhune.Kachoriyo me bharne ke liye pithi tyaar hai.

Kachori ka aata aur pithi tyaar hai, ab kadhayi me kachoriya talne ke liye tel dal kar garam kare.

Atta se thoda sa atta (1chote nimbu ke brabar) tod kar gol kare, ab isse 1 1/2 ya 2 cm vyaas me bel kar 1 choti chamach pithi bhar kar rakhe aur anguliyo ki shayta se kachori ko band kare.

Ab iss pithi bhare gole ko hatheli se dabakar chapta karke thoda sa badha le iss se matar ki pithi ek saar ho jati hai.

Agar ham sidhe belan se dba kar belege to kachoriya fatne ka dar hai.

Ab isse belan se 2 1/2 ya 3 inch ke vyaas me bel le.Issi tarah saare aata ki kachoriya bel kar tyaar karni hai.

Aur ye beli hui 3-4 kachoriyo ko garam tel me dal kar, dhimi aag par palat-palat kar kachoriya brown hone tak taliye.

Tali kachoriya kisi plate me napkin papar bicha kar nikaal lijiye aur dusri kachoriya talne ke liye kadhayi me daaliye, issi tarah saari kachoriya tal kar tyaar kar lijiye.
