Ingredients for Butter Naan Recipe (Avshyak Samgri)-

  • Maida -200gram (2cup)+100 gram maida parothan ke liye
  • Taja dahi-1/2 cup
  • Khane ka soda-1/4 choti chamach
  • Chini-1/2 choti chamach
  • Namak-1/2 choti chamach ya swadanusaar
  • Tel-2 tablesapoon
  • Naan banane ke liye butter ya ghi

How to Make Butter Naan Recipe-Vidhi

Maida ko kisi bartan me chan kar nikaliye.Maida ke bich me hath se thodi jagah bna lijiye.

Issi bani hui jagah me dahi, baking soda, namak, chini aur tel dal kar hath se mal kar saari chijo ko ashi tarah mila lijiye, ab mishran ko maida me mila lijiye.

Gungune pani ki shayta se maida ko ashi tarah mal-mal kar, chapati ke aate ke jaisa naram guthiye.

Aap khud hi mehsus karege ki maida ka gutha hua aata kitna halka aur chikna ho gya hai.Aate ko 2-4 ghante ke liye dhak kar garam jagah par rakh dijiye, aata ful kar tyaar ho jata hai.

Tandur chalu kijiye.

Maida se karib 8-10 brabar ke gole banaiye.

1 aate ka gola lekar parothan lga kar 8-10 inch ke vyaas me gol beliye aur uske upar butter ya ghi charo taraf lagaiye.

Bele hue naan ko double ardh-golakar aakra me mod lijiye.

Iss mode hue naan ke upar fir se ghi lagaiye, aur fir se double mod lijiye, yah tri-bhuj ke aakar ko parothan me lapetiye aur parathe ki tarah se tino taraf patla bel kar tyaar kijiye.

Iss bele gye naan ko garam tandur me sekne ke liye rakhiye, brown hone tak palatiye aur dono taraf brown hone tak sek lijiye.

Butter naan tyaar hai.Butter naan ko plate me nikaal kar ghi lagaye, aur naan cutter se 2 bhago me kaat kar parose.(Issi tarah se saare naan bna le) Butter naan tyaar hai.


Tava Par Butter Naan Banane ke Liye- 

Naan ko beliye,bele hue naan ke upar ki aur thoda sa 2 choti chamach pani dal kar, charo aur faila dijiye.

Naan ko hath me uthaiye aur paani vali satah ko tave ki aur karte hue naan ko garam tave par daliye, naan ke tave par sikne par naan ke upar bubbles dikhai dege.

Naan ko tave se utha kar chimte se pakad kar gas par sidhe ghumate hue, brown chitti aane tak sekiye ya tave ke handle ko pakad kar,ulta kijiye, gas ki phlame ke ek-dam upar karke, tave par chipke hi chipke naan ko brown chitti aane tak sek kar, tave se nikaal lijiye.

Aap tave par naan banaiye aur bataiye ki naan kaise bane.

Garma-garam butter naan daal makhani,arhar ki daal ya shahi paneer ke sath parosiye aur khaiye.
