Jab bhi shaam ko kuch jhatpat banane ka man ho to aate ke sath besan, masale aur hare dhaniye ko mila kar banaye jaane vala missa masala paratha banaiye aur isse chatni, dahi ke sath parosiye.Isse ham bacho ke tifin me bhi rakh sakte hai.

Ingredients For Missi Paratha Recipe (Avshyak Samgri)-

  • Gehu ka aata-1 cup
  • Besan-1/2-1 cup
  • Hing-1 pinch
  • Ajvayin -1/4 choti chamach
  • Adrak-1 inch lamba(paste banaa lijiye)
  • Lal mirch-1/4 choti chamach
  • Jeera-1/4 choti chamach
  • Namak-savadanusaar ya 1/2 choti chamach
  • Haldi powder-1/4 choti chamach
  • Haraa dhaniya-3-4 tablesapoon
  • Tel-2-4 choti chamach(aate me daalne ke liye)
  • Tel-parathe talne ke liye

How to Make Missi Paratha (Vidhi)-

Kisi bartan me gehu ka aata, besan, tel, namak, lal mirch, haldi, jeera, hing aur haraa dhaniya daal kar ashi tarah mila lijiye aur paani ki sahaayta se naram aata guth kar tyar kar lijiye.

Guthe aate ko dhak kar 1/2 ghante ke liye rakh dijiye,aata set ho jaayega.

Tave ko garam kijiye, aate se thoda sa aata (nimbu ke barabar) tod kar gol loi bana lijiye.

Loi ko sukhe gehu ke aate me lapet kar chakle par rakhiye aur patla 2 1/2-3 inch ke vyas me bel kar tyaar kar lijiye.

Bele gye parathe ke upar thoda sa tel daal kar charo aur faila lijiye, charo aur se aate ko uthate hue band kar dijiye.

Jo gol loi ban kar tyaar ho gyi hai, usse sukhe aate me lapet kar beliye, jaise hi paratha chakle se chipakne lage, bele gye parathe ko fir se sukhe aate me lapet kar, patla paratha bel  kar tyaar kar lijiye.

Bele gye parathe ko medium garam tave par daaliye, parathe ko nichali satah se halka sa sikne par palat dijiye.

Jab paratha dusri aur halki brown chitti aate hue sik jaaye tab pehali satah par 1 choti chamach tel daal kar charo taraf faila dijiye, parathe ko palat dijiye, dusari aur bhi tel daal kar faila dijiye.

Parathe ko upar se chamach se dabate hue, brown chitti aane tak sek kar palat dijiye.

Parathe ko dono aur se brown chitti aane tak sek kar utaar lijiye, sike hue parathe ko kisi plate me nikaal lijiye.Saare gol parathe issi tarah tyaar kar lijiye.

Missi paratha ko tikon bhi banaa sakte hai, tikon banane ke liye loi ussi tarah se banaa lijiye.

Loi ko sukhe aate me lapet kar chakle par rakh kar 6-7 inch ke vyaas me bel lijiye.

Bele gye parathe ke upar 1/2 choti chamach tel daal kar saari surface par failaiye aur aadha mod lijiye, aadha mude parathe par thoda sa tel daal kar saari surface par failaiye.

Fir se aadha mod lijiye.Tyar tikon ko sukhe aate me lapetiye aur tikon aakar me hi patla bel kar tyaar kar lijiye.

Bele gye parathe ko tave par daal kar bilkul gol parathe ki tarah brown chitti aane tak sek kar plate me rakh lijiye.
