Carrot Paratha: Gajar Paratha Recipe

Subah ke nashte me parathe ka nashta asha lagta hai aur ye parathe alag-alag jayke me banaa liye jaaye to jayka bhi badh jata hai.Gajar ke parathe bohat hi sawadist hote hai.

Ingredients for Carrot Paratha Recipe (Avshyak Samgri)-

  • Gehu ka aata-2cup
  • Gajar -1 cup(kaddukas ki hui)
  • Haraa dhaniya-2 tablesapoon(barrik kataa hua)
  • Tel ya Ghi-4 tablesapoon
  • Hari mirch-3 kati hui
  • Adrak-1 inch tukda(kaddukas kiya hua)
  • Namak-1 choti chamach se kam ya savadanusaar
  • Jeera-1/4 choti chamach
  • Lal mirch-1/4 choti chamach se kam
  • Dhaniya powder-1/2 chota chamach
  • Amchur powder-1/4 choti chamach

How to Make Gajar Paratha Recipe (Vidhi)-

Aate ko kisi donge me chan kar nikaal lijiye, 1/2 chota chamach namak aur 2 choti chamach tel  daal dijiye, paani ki sahaayta se naram aata guth kar tyar kar lijiye.

Guthe aate ko 20 minute dhak kar rakh dijiye, taaki aata phul kar set ho jaaye.

Jab tak aata set hota hai tab tak gajar ki filing banaa kar tyar kar lijiye.

Pan me tel daal kar garam kijiye, tel garam hone par jeera daaliye, jeera bhunane ke baad hari mirch, adrak daaliye aur masale ko halka sa bhuniye, dhaniya powder daal kar mila dijiye.

Ab kaddukas ki gayi gajar, namak, lal mirch, amchur powder daal kar mila dijiye aur gajar ko chalate hue 2-3 minute bhuniye, gajar me paani bilkul na rahe, gajar ki filing tyar hai.

Aata bhi tyaar hai, aate se thoda sa aata (nimbu ke aakar jitna) tod kar gol loi tyar kar lijiye, loi ko sukhe aate me lapet kar  3-4 inch vyas me bel lijiye.

Tave ko gas par rakh kar garam kijiye.

Bele gye parathe par 1-2 chamach filing rakhiye aur parathe ko charo aur se utha kar filing ko ashi tarah se band kar dijiye.

Fir Bani loi ko anguliyo se dabaa kar thoda badaa kar lijiye, taaki parathe ki filing charo aur ek jaisi phail jaaye aur iss loi ko sukhe aate me lapet kar, aur ek baar anguliyo se dabaa kar thoda badaa kar lijiye.

Ab parathe ko halka dabaav dete hue 6-7 inch ke vyaas me bel kar tyar kar lijiye.

Garam tave par thoda tel daal kar chikna kijiye, parathe ko savdhani se utha kar tave par daaliye aur nichali satah sikne par parathe ko palatiye.

Dusari satah sikne par, pehali satah par tel daal kar parathe ke upar lagaaiye, parathe ko palatiye, aur iss satah par bhi tel lagaiye, parathe ko kalchi se halka dabaav dete hue aur ghumate hue dono aur brown chitti aane tak sek lijiye (parathe sekte samay gas midium rakhe ,jab bhi tej gas karni ho to kar lijiye).

Gajar Paratha ko tave se utaar kar plate me rakhiye, saare parathe issi tarah tyar kar lijiye, parosiye aur khaiye.
