Ingredients for Dal Makhani Recipe- Avshyak Samgri

  • Kale sabut urad-100 gram(1/2 cup)
  • Sabut kale chana ya rajma- 50 gram(1/4 cup)
  • Khana soda-1/4 choti chamach
  • Tamatar-4
  • Hari mirch-3-4
  • Adrak-2 inch ka tukada
  • Cream ya makhan- 2-3 tablesapoon 
  • Desi ghi-1 ya 2 tablesapoon
  • Hing-1 pinch
  • Jeera-1/2 chota chamach
  • Methi-1/4 choti chamach
  • Haldi powder-1/4 choti chamach
  • Lal mirch powder-1/4choti chamach
  • Garam masala-1/4 choti chamach
  • Namak-1 choti chamach(savadanusaar)
  • Haraa dhaniya- 1/2 choti katori(baarik kutra hua)
  • Pyaj-1 baarik kataa hua(agar aap chahe to hi daaliye)

How to Make Dal Makhani Recipe -Vidhi 

Urad aur chane ya rajma ko dho kar 8 ghante ya puri raat paani me bhigo dijiye.

Dalo me se paani nikaal dijiye, dhoiye, dal cooker me daaliye, khana soda aur namak daal kar 2 1/2 cup (dal ki matra ka 3 guna) paani ke sath ubalne ke liye rakh dijiye.

Cooker me sity aa jaane ke baad gas dhimi kar dijiye aur daal ko 5-6minute dhimi aanch par pakane dijiye, aag band kar dijiye.

Tamatar, hari mirch aur aadha adrak chilkar dho kar mixi me baarik pees lijiye.

Aadha adrak kaddukas ya chota-chota kaat lijiye.

Kadai me ghi dal kar garam kijiye, hing, jeera, methi daaliye.Jeera, methi bhunane ke baad pyaj daal kar halka gulabi bhuniye.

Ab adrak, haldi powder, dhaniya powder, aur lal mirch powder daal kar 1/2 minute chamach se chalaiye.Iss masale me tamatar, hari mirch ka paste aur cream daal dijiye.

Chamach se chalate hue tab tak bhune jab tak ki masale ke upar tel tairne na lage.

Iss bhune hue masale me cooker khulane par dal mila lijiye, aap daal ko jitna gadha va patla rakhna chahte hai, Avshyktanusaar paani mila dijiye.

Ubaal aane ke baad 3-4 minute tak pakaye, aag band kar dijiye aur garam masala, aadha haraa dhaniya daal kar mila dijiye.Dal makhani tyaar hai.

Dal makhani pyale me nikaliye,upar se haraa dhaniya ,makhan se sajaakar parosiye.
