Ingredients for Matar Paneer Paratha Recipe-Avshyak Samgri

  • Gehu ka aata-1 cup
  • Maida-1 cup
  • Namak-1/2 choti chamach
  • Paneer-1 cup kaddukas kiya hua (200gram)
  • Matar-1 cup
  • Tel- 4-5 tablesapoon
  • Hara dhaniya-2-3 tablesapoon
  • Adrak paste-1 choti chamach
  • Hari mirch-1-2 baarik kati hui
  • Amchur powder-1/4 choti chamach
  • Lal mirch powder-1/4 choti chamach se thodi si kam
  • Jeera powder-1/4 choti chamach
  • Namak-1/2 choti chamach

How to Make Matar Paneer Paratha Recipe-Vidhi

Aata guthiye-

Gehu ke aata ko pyale me nikal lijiye.Isme maida, namak aur 2 chote chamach tel dalkar mix kar lijiye.Isme thoda-thoda pani dalte hue naram aata guth kar tyaar kar lijiye.Aata ko dhak kar ke 20 minute ke liye rakh dijiye.Aata set ho kar tyaar ho jayega.Itna aata lgane me 1 cup se kam pani laga hai.

Stuffing tyaar kijiye-

Pan me 2 choti chamach tel dalkar garam kijiye.Tel garam hone par isme jeera powder, matar ke dane,  hari mirch aur adrak dalkar mix kijiye.Ab isme namak dalkar matar ko 1-2 minute bhun lijiye aur iske baad dhak kar ke 2-3 minute pakne dijiye.

Matar ko check kijiye aur chamach se dabate hue mesh kar lijiye.Fir, isme paneer dalkar mix kijiye.Isme lal mirch powder , amchur powder, dhaniya powder aur hara dhaniya dalkar lagataar chalate hue 2-3 minute bhun lijiye.Stuffing bankar tyaar hai, gas band kar dijiye aur stuffing ko plate me nikal lijiye.

Parathe stuff karke beliye-

Aata set ho chuka hai, hath par thoda sa tel lagakar aata ko masal lijiye.Tava gas par rakh kar garam kijiye.Guthe hue aata se thoda sa aata nikaliye aur gol loi bana lijiye.Loi ko sukhe aata me lapet kar 4-5 inch ke vyaas me gol paratha bel lijiye, bele hue parathe me 3-4 chamach stuffing rakh lijiye aur hath se parathe ko charo aur se utha kar stuffing ko band kar dijiye.

Stuffing bhari loi ko anguliyo se daba kar thoda sa bada kar lijiye.Loi ko parothan se lapet lijiye aur halka dbaav dete hue 5-6 inch ke aakar me paratha bel lijiye.

Parathe Sekiye-

Tava garam hone par tave ke upar thoda sa tel dal kar isse chikna kar lijiye.Parathe ko sikne ke liye tave par daliye aur nichli satah se thoda sikne par parathe ko palat dijiye.

Parathe ko dusri satah par thoda sa sikne par pehali satah par thoda sa tel dal kar charo aur faila dijiye aur parathe ko palat dijiye.Dusri satah par bhi tel dal kar charo aur faila dijiye aur kalchi se dabate hue sek lijiye.Parathe ko dono aur se halki brown chitti aane tak sek lijiye.Sike parathe ko tave se utaar kar kisi plate me rakh lijiye.Saare parathe issi tarah sek lijiye.
