Kitchen Tips in Hindi/Dadi Nani ke Nuskhe-

  • Kade nimbu ko garam pani me thodi der ke liye chod dene ke baad fir usse katne se nimbu se jada ras nikalta hai.
  • 1 Maah(month) me 1 baar mixer me namak daal kar chala dene se mixer ke blad tej ho jaate hai.
  • Nudels ubalne ke baad agar usme thanda pani daal diya jaye to vah aapas me chipkege nahi.
  • Rasoi ghar aisa hona chahiye jisme din me paryapt matra me roshani aani chahiye.Rasoi ghar me din me bhi andhera hona vastu ke hisaab se bhi sahi nahi hai aur na to yah aapki sehat ke liye asha hai.
  • Agar rasoi me kahi koi chip-chipi cheej gir jaaye , to uske upar bleach daal dijiye aur fir usse brush se saaf kar lijiye.
  • Frush ko chamkane ke liye 1 cup sirka me garam pani daal kar fursh ko saaf karne se yah chamakne lagta hai.
  • Aata guthte vakht pani ke sath thoda sa dudh milane se roti jada swadist ho jati hai.

  • Chini ke dibbe me 6-7 laung daal dene se chini me chitiya nahi lagti.
  • 1 chamach chini ko bhura hone tak garam kijiye aur fir isse cake ke mixture me garam kiye hue chini ko mila dijiye.Isse cake ka rang asha ho jayega.
  • Kate hue sev me nimbu ki kuch bunde daalne se sev ka upar ka bhag kala nahi hoga.
  • Saare bartan raat me hi saaf kar lijiye,yah vastu ke hisab se bhi sahi hai,aur aap ki sehat ke liye bhi sahi adat hai.Aur iska ek bada fayda yah bhi hoga ki subah-subah uthkar bartan dhone ka tension aapko nahi rahega.
  • Aloo ke parathe banate vakht aloo ke mixture me thodi si kasuri methi daale.Is se parathe ka swad badh jayega.
  • Mirchi ke dibbe me thodi si hing daal dijiye,is se mirch jada der tak chalega.
  • Lehsun ko halka sa garam kar dene ke baad lehsun ko chilne me bohat suvidha hoti hai.
  • Chaval me 1 chamach tel aur kuch bund nimbu ka ras milane par , pak jane ke baad chaval khila-khila rehta hai.
  • Daal banate vakht 1 chutki pisi hui haldi aur badam tel ki kuch bunde daalne se daal jaldi pak jata hai aur iska swad bhi asha lagta hai.
  • Mircho ke danthal tod kar mircho ko freez me rakhne se mirche lambe samay tak tikti hai.
  • Agar aap rat me chana bhigona bhul gayi ho,to ubalte hue pani me chane ko bhigoye, is se chana jaldi ful jayega.
  • Agar kitchen me kaam karte vakht aap jal jaye, to uss jagah par burf ragde, aloo pis kar lagaye, ghi ya nariyal tel lagaye ya kele ko mesh karke lagaye.
  • Fulgobhi ki sabji me fulgobhi ka rang na jaaye,iske liye aap fulgobhi ki sabji banate vakht usme 1 chamach dudh daal sakti hai.
  • Rasoi ke kono me borik powder chidakiye , is se tilchate aapko pareshaan nahi karege.
  • Agar aap chahti hai,ki sink aur gas chulha dono hamesha saaf dikhe, to aapko har raat inki safai karni chahiye.Sink ko saaf karne ke liye garam paani ka upyog karna chahiye.
  • Freez ke bhitari bhag ki safai ke liye aapko garam pani aur baking soda ka upyog karna chahiye,aur iske baad freezer ko bhi saaf karna chahiye.
  • Microwave ko saaf karne ke liye 1 katori me 2 cup pani lijiye aur usme 1 chamach nimbu ka ras daaliye,uske baad microwave ko 5 minute tak chala kar chod dijiye.Uske baad microwave ke bhitar ko 1 papar toval lekar saaf kare.
  • Rasoi ghar me gande chappal nahi aane chahiye,ho sake to rasoi me kaam karte vakht bina chappal ke rahe, aur agar chappal pehanna hi hai,to aisa chappal pehane jise pehan kar aap bahar ya gande jagaho par na jate ho.
  • Nashte me mosam ke anusaar fal ko shamil kar sakti hai, sath hi dudh juice aur ankurit anajo ko bhi shamil kar sakti hai.Is se nashta postic bhi ho jaayega aur nashta banane ka jhanjat bhi nahi rahega.
