 Ingredients for Kuttu Atta Poori-


  • Kuttu atta poori(buckwheat flour)-100 gram(1 cup)
  • Arbi ya aloo(uble hue)-100 gram
  • Namak saindha-1/2 chota chamach
  • Kali mirch-1/4 chota chamach
  • Hra dhaniya- 1-2 table sapoon barik kata hua

How to Make Kuttu Atta Poori-


Sabse pehle kisi bartan me kuttu ka atta chan lijiye.Aloo ya Arbi ko ubaliye,chiliye aur mesh kariye .Ab ise atta me mila dijiye. Saindha namak,1/2 chota chamach kali mirch,1 table sapoon hra dhaniya ab ise achi trah se mila lijiye aur sakht poori ke atta jaisa atta gunth lijiye .Gunthe atta ko dhakkar 15-20 minute ke liye rakh dijiye.Ab atta ki choti-choti loiya(gole) bna kar rakh lijiye.

Kadhayi me tel dalkar garam kar lijiye.Ek gola uthaiye ,kutu ke sukhe atta me lapetiye aur chakle par rakhkar 3 inch vyas me bel lijiye.poori ko tel me daliye aur palat-palat kar brown hone tak taliye.plate ya daliya me napkin paper bicha kar poori nikal kar usme rakhte jaye .

Baki poori bhi isi trah tal lijiye.Tyar hai aapki kuttu atta poori ,isse aap aloo ki sabji kesath garma -garm parosa.

Aloo Shimla Mirch Banane ki Vidhi-

Sabse pehle kadhayi me tel garam kare.
Garam tel me hari methi dale aur pyaj dalkar halka brown hone tak bhun le,ab usme hari mirch,tmatar,lehsun dale aur thodi der(1-2 minute) bhun le . 1-2 minute Bhunne ke bad haldi powder dale(agar tadka kadhayi me lagne lge to halka pani dal le) aur namak dale thodi der bhun le(1-2minute) .

Ab tadke me kate aloo dale aur 4-5 minute aloo ko pakne de aur fir usme kati hui shimla mirch dale ,garam masala dalkar mix kar de aur 15-16 minute bad aloo ko check kare ki aloo sakht to nhi hai.Lijiye tyar hai aapki aloo-mirch ki delicious sabji.Sabji ko ek bowl me daliye aur upar se kutra hra dhniya burk kar garam-garam chapatiyo ke sath serve kariye.

  • mawa(khoya)- 150 g(3/4 cup)
  • sugar- 150g(3/4 cup)
  • kaju -2 table spoon(ek kaju ko 6-7 tukado mai kat lijiye)

Samosa ke Liye Aata Tyar Karna-

maide ko kisi bartan mai chan lijiye ,ghi ke sath achi tarah se milaiye.gungune pani ke sath  aata gunth lijiye.aate ko 20-25 miniut ke liye dhak kar rakh dijiye.

Samosa Tyar Karne ke Liye-

Guthe aate ko masal le taki aata chikna ho jaye,guthe huye aate me se thoda sa aata(nimbu ke akar jitna) nikal le ,gol kijiye aur belan ki shayta se puri ke akar me 4 inch ke vyas me bel lijiye.is puri ko 2 bhago me kat lijiye,ek bhag ko samosa ke akar me mod lijiye aur mod ko pani lgakar chipka lijiye,

dusra bhag jo ki tikon he usme mawa ki tyar samgri bhar dijiye aur piche ke kinare ko mod dijiye,ab dono kinaro par pani lga kar chipka dijiye.tyar samoso
 ko thali me rakh le,baki samosa ko bhi isi trah tyar kar le.

kdayi me ghi dal kar garm kar le,ghi garm kar ke ghi me4-5 samosa dal kar midium aanch par palat-palat kar brown hone tak tal le.ab ek plate me nepkin paper bicha kar samosa usme nikal kar rakh lijiye.Isi parkar baki bache samosa bhi tal kar plate me rakh lijiye.

Ab aapke garma-garm samosa tyar hai,sweet sweet samoso ko garma-garm chay ya coffe ke sath khaye aur apne dosto ,ristedaro,bacho,bado ....ko khila kar khus kar le meri is lajvab recipe se.
