4.Kate pyaj (onion)-6 bade sapoon
5.Kataa adrak(ginger)- 1/2 chota sapoon

7.Kataa hra dhaniya- 1 cup
8.Talne ke liye refined oil- aavsyktanusar
9.Namak- svadanusar
1.Kasi muli- 1 bda sapoon
2.Tomato sauce- 1/2 bda sapoon
Sabse pahle mung aur chaval pani me bhigo de. 6 ghnte(hours)bad pani se nikal kar adrak,hari mirch,hra dhniya mila le aur piskar pest bna le.isme namak ,lal mirch powder,pyaj bhi mila de.chile ka pest tyar hai.
tva garm karke tel dale,fir ek chamach(sapoon) paste dalkar fela de.tel dalkar brown hone tak dono taraf se talte hue sek le.ab muli tomato sauce mila kar chile ke bich me rakhe aur mod kar serve kare .
yah samgri 4-5 logo ke liye hai.
