Mung ki daal sabse jaldi pachne vali daal hai.Jab kuch halka fulka lekin jayekedaar khane ka man ho tab mung daal tadka bnaiye ,sabhi ko bohat pasand aayegi.

Ingredients (Avshyak Samgri)-

  • Mung daal-100 gram(1/2 cup)
  • Ghi-2 tablesapoon
  • Haraa dhaniya -2-3 tablesapoon(baarik kataa hua)
  • Jeera-1/2 choti chamach
  • Hing-1 pinch
  • Tamatar-1(Baarik kataa hua)
  • Kari patta-6
  • Dhaniya powder-1 choti chamach
  • Sabut lal mirch-1
  • Lal mirch-1/4 choti chamach
  • haldi-1/4 choti chamach
  • Hari mirch-2(baarik kati hui)
  • Adrak paste-1/2 choti chamach
  • Namak-3/4 choti chamach ya svadanusaar

How to Make Dhaba Style Mung Daal -Vidhi

Daal ko ashe se saaf karke dhokar 15-20 minute pani me bhigo kar rakh dijiye.Mung daal ko bina bhigoye,turant dhokar bhi banaya ja sakta hai.Yah bohat jald pakne vali daal hai.

Mung daal ko aap 2 tarah se bna sakte hai.Pehale aap mung daal ko cooker me sity dila kar baad me tadka lagaa dijiye ya fir pehale cooker me masala bhun lijiye,uske baad daal dalkar pakaa lijiye.

Ham yha pehale daal ko tadka lga kar bna rahe hai.Iske liye sabse pehale cooker ko garam kijiye,ghi dal dijiye ,ghi ko melt hone dijiye.

Tamatar ko ashe se dhokar chota-chota tukado me kaat kar tyaar kar lijiye.Ghi garam hone par jeera aur hing dal dijiye.Jeera bhunne par dhaniya powder ,haldi powder,baarik kati hari mirch,adrak ka paste dalkar masale ko halka sa bhun lijiye.

Masala bhunne par isme baarik kate hue tamatar daaliye aur masale ko tab tak bhune jab tak ki masale se ghi alag na hone lage.Mung daal ko masale me dal dijiye aur aur 1-2 minute masale ke sath chalate hue bhun lijiye.

Daal me 2 cup pani aur namak dalkar mila dijiye.Cooker ka dhakan band kar dijiye aur daal ko 1 sity aane tak pka lijiye.Sity aane par gas band kar dijiye aur cooker ka pressure khatam hone par dhakan khol lijiye(Daal me daal ke daane dikhte rahe ,agar aisi daal pasand karte ho to cooker ka thoda sa pressure nikaal lijiye).

Daal bankar tyaar hai isme haraa dhaniya dalkar mila dijiye,Daal ko pyale me nikaal lijiye.

Daal me alag se tadka lgane ke liye choti kdhayi me 1 chota chamach ghi dalkar garam kijiye,garam ghi me kari pattta,sabut lal mirch aur lal mirch powder dalkar gas band kar dijiye,iss tadke ko daal ke upar dalkar sjaiye.Swadist mung daal bankar tyaar hai parosiye aur khaiye.
