How to Make Aloo Bukhara Chutney-Vidhi
Sukhe hue aloo bukhara ko ashe se 2 baar dho lijiye aur fir, chaku ki shayta se inke beez nikal dijiye aur pulp alag kar lijiye.
Iske baad, garam pani me aloo bukhara ke pulp ko bhigo dijiye.Iske liye, kisi bartan me 2 cup pani dalkar garam kar lijiye.Aloo bukhara ke pulp me garam pani dal dijiye taaki aloo bukhara 1/2 ghante me fulkar tyaar ho jaye.Sath hi thoda sa garam pani badam me bhi dal dijiye jis se ye bhi ful jaaye aur aasani se chil sake.
Aloo bukhara ke fulne ke baad iski chutney bana lijiye.Chutney ke liye kisi bhi bartan me aloo bukhara pani sahit dal dijiye aur gas jlakar pakne ke liye rakh dijiye.Isme chini, bhuna jeera, lal mirch powder aur namak bhi dal dijiye.Masale ko aloo bukhare me mix kar lijiye aur chutney ko chini ke puri tarah se ghulne ke baad aur gadha hone tak pakne dijiye.Issi doran, Badam ko chil kar kaat lijiye.Bich-bich me partek 2-3 minute me chutney ko chalate rahiye.Chutney ko 15 minute aise hi madhyam aanch par pakne dijiye.
Iske baad, chutney ko check kar lijiye.Check karne ke liye anguli aur anguthe ke bich chutney chipka kar dekhiye, chutney chipkani chahiye.Isme badam dal dijiye.Sath hi chutney me sirka dalkar bhi mix kar lijiye.Chutney ko pyale me nikal lijiye.
Swad me bharpur aloo bukhara ki chutney tyaar hai.Isse kisi bhi container me bhar kar rakh lijiye aur poori, kachori, pulao ya parathe ke sath me parosiye aur chav se khaiye.Iss chutney ko freez me rakh kar 1 mahine tak khaya ja sakta hai.
