Ingredients for Rabri ki Kheer (Avshyak Samgri)-
- Rabri-250gram
- Chaval-1/4 cup(50gram)
- Chini-1/2 cup(100gram) ya swadanusaar
- Ilaychi powder-1/2 choti chamach
- Kismis-1 tablesapoon
- Badam-10-12
- Kaju-10-12
- Dudh-1 litre
How to Make Rabri ki Kheer-Vidhi
Chavalo ko ashe se saaf karke dho kar pani me 1/2 ghnate ke liye bhigo kar rakh dijiye iske baad pani hata kar chavalo ko dardra pees lijiye.
Dudh ko bhagone me daal kar ubalne ke liye rakh dijiye.Dudh me ubal aane par bhige pise chaval daal dijiye,aur ashi tarah se chalate hue mila dijiye aur ab dudh ko har 1-2minute me chalate rahe aur gas ki aanch ko medium hi rakhe.
Kaju aur badam ko baarik tukado me kaat kar tyaar kar lijiye.Jab chaval pak jaaye,dudh aur chaval mil kar ek ho jaaye tab kate hue kaju,badam aur kismis kheer me daal dijiye.
Chaval aur mewe sabhi mulayam ho gaye hai aur kheer gadhi ho gayi hai.Gas band kar dijiye,ab kheer me chini daal dijiye aur ilaychi mila dijiye aur kheer ko 2-3 minute ke liye dhak kar rakh dijiye taaki chini ghul jaaye,dhakan kholiye aur kheer ko ashi tarah chala dijiye,kheer ko thoda thanda hone ke baad , isme rabri daal kar mila dijiye.
Kheer ban kar tyaar hai, pyale me daal dijiye aur baarik kate hue kaju,badam se sajaye aur parosiye.Rabri kheer thandi aur garam dono hi tarah ki ashi lagti hai.Isse freez me rakh 2-3 dino tak khaya ja sakta hai.
