How to Make Balushahi

Balushahi khane me ek dam khasta va swadist hoti hai aur isme mawa ka upyog nahi hota.
Dipawali ke parv par mithaiya to ham banayege hi.Mithaiyo ki adhik mang ke karan bajar me jo mawa milta hai,vah adhikans milavti hota hai issliye aisi mithai banana asha haijisme mawa upyog nahi hota , issliye aaiye aaj ham balushahi banaye.

Ingredients for Balushahi (Avshyak Samgri)-

  • Maida -500gram(4 cup)
  • Ghi-150gram (3/4 cup) maida me milane ke liye
  • Baking soda-1/2 choti chamach
  • Dahi-1/2 cup
  • Chini- 600gram(3 cup)
  • Ghi talne ke liye

How to Make Balushahi-Vidhi

Maida me baking soda, dahi aur ghi dal kar milaiye, gungune pani ki shayta se naram-naram guth lijiye.Aata ko jada maliye mat, bas aata iktha kijiye aur aata ko set hone ke liye 20 minute ke liye rakh dijiye.

Aata ko set hone ke baad thoda sa mal kar thik kijiye, guthe hue aata se chota nimbu ke size ki loiya todiye.Isse dono hatheliyo se ek dam gol gol kijiye.Pede ki tarah se dabaiye, dono aur angutho se daba kar gadha bana lijiye.Saare aata se issi tarah saari balushahi tyaar kar lijiye.

Talne ke liye kadhayi me ghi dal kar garam kijiye.Jab ghi garam ho jaaye to tyaar balushahi ko garam ghi me daliye, dhimi aur medium aag par balushahi ko dono aur asha brown hone tak tal lijiye,tej aag par tali balushahi andar se ashi tarah se nahi sik paayegi.Sunehari tali hui balushahi kadhayi se nikal kar thali ya plate me rakh lijiye.Saari balushahi tal kar nikaal lijiye.

600gram chini me 300 gram pani mila kar  1 taar ki chashni bana lijiye.Gas band kar dijiye aur halki garam chashni me balushahi daal dijiye.Balushahi ko 4-5 minute tak duba rehne ke baad inhe chimte ki shayta se ek-ek karke nikaal kar thali ya plate me rakhiye,thanda kar lijiye taaki balushahi par chadhi chashni sukh jaaye.

Swadist balushahi tyaar hai.Balushahi ko aap 20 din tak kha sakte hai.
