Ingredients for Paneer Tikka Masala (Avshyak Samgri)-
- Paneer-250gram
- Dahi-2 tablesapoon
- Besan-2tablesapoon
- Tel-2-3 tablesapoon
- Tamatar-3(300 gram)(paste)
- Makhan-2 tablesapoon
- Haraa dhaniya-2-3 tablesapoon(baarik kutra hua)
- Hing-1/2 pinch
- Garam masala-1/4 choti chamach
- Jeera-1/2 choti chamach
- Kasuri methi-1 choti chamach
- Haldi powder-1/2 chota chamach
- Dhaniya powder-1.5 choti chamach
- Lal mirch powder-1 choti chamach
- Adrak paste-1 choti chamach
- Namak-1choti chamach
- Chini-1/2 choti chamach(agar aap chahe to)
How to Make Paneer Tikka Masala (Vidhi)-
Tamatar ko mixi me pees kar baarik paste banaa lijiye.
Paneer tikke ka masala tyar karne ke liye ek bade se pyale me dahi lijiye aur sath me 1 tablesapoon besan ,1/4 choti chamach lal mirch powder,1/2 chota chamach dhaniya powder,1/4 choti chamach haldi powder,1/2 choti chamach se kam namak daal dijiye,saari samgri ko ashe se mila dijiye.
Ab paneer ke tukado ko masale me daal dijiye,inke upar puri tarah masale ki parat chadh jaane tak milate rahiye.Paneer ke tukado ke charo aur masala lag jaane ke baad pyale ko 20 minute ke liye freez me rakh dijiye taaki ye ashe se set ho jaaye.
20 minute baad,tikke set hokar sekne ke liye tyar hai.Paneer tikko ko sekne ke liye ,ek non stick pan me 1-2 choti chamach tel daalkar gas par garam hone ke liye rakh dijiye.Pan me ek-ek karke paneer tikka rakhate jaaiye aur niche se golden brown sikne dijiye.
Niche se golden brown hote hi tikko ko ek-ek karke palat dijiye aur iss aur se bhi ashe se golden brown hone tak sikne dijiye.Thodi der baad,jab tikke dono aur se ashe se golden brown hokar tyar ho jaaye tab gas band kar dijiye.
Paneer Tikko ke liye Gravy Tyar kijiye-
Gravy banane ke liye ek pan ko gas par garam kariye,isme 2 tablesapoon tel daal dijiye.tel ke garam hone ke baad jeera daal kar bhun lijiye.Jeere ke chatkhate hi isme hing,1/4 choti chamach haldi powder,1 choti chamach dhaniya powder,Kasuri methi aur 1/2 choti chamach adrak ka paste daal dijiye.Masalo ko dhimi aanch par halka sa bhun lijiye.
Masale ka halka sa bhunte hi tamatar ka paste aur 1/2 choti chamach lal mirch powder daal dijiye.Ab tamatar ko masale se tel alag hone tak bhun lijiye.
Jab tak masala ashe se pakkar tyar ho ,tab tak ek choti pan (kadhayi) me ek choti chamach tel daal kar garam kijiye aur garam tel me 1 tablesapoon besan daal kar lagaatar chalate hue besan ka rang badalne tak bhun lijiye.
Bhune hue besan ko gravy me daal dijiye aur masale ko halka sa aur bhunne dijiye.Thodi der baad ,jab masale se tel alag hone lage,masala bhunkar tyar ho jaayega.Iske baad ,1/2 cup se thoda kam paani daal kar mila dijiye aur gravy me 1/2 choti chamach namak,chini,garam masala aur haraa dhaniya daal kar sabhi samgri ko ashe se mix kar lijiye.
Tyar gravy me sike hue paneer tikke daal dijiye aur tikko ko gravy me ashe se mix kar lijiye.Iske baad gravy ko dhak kar dhimi aanch par 2-4 minute pakne dijiye.
4 minute baad,sabji me makhan daal kar mix kar lijiye aur gas band kar dijiye.Paneer tikka masala bankar tyar hai isse ek pyale me nikaal lijiye.
Aapki savaadist sabji bankar tyar hai isse dhaniya se sajaakar parosiye aur maje se khaiye.
